PET PORTAL ONLINE ACCESS TO YOUR PET'S CLINICAL RECORDS

Through a simple process you can register for a Pet Portal and receive online access to your pet's vaccination history and records. If you have an e-mail address and are a client of Animal Hospital Champions Northwest or Animal Hospital Jones Road, then it’s simple to establish a pet portal, an online access to you pet’s clinical vaccination and exam records. With a Pet Portal, you can set a medication minder that notifies owners when to medicate their pets, review vaccination and reminder status, contact our office and veterinarians with questions,  request refills, receive important pet health information and news, ask for a veterinary or grooming appointment or boarding reservation, and post and share funny stories about your pet with others.
    Just give us your e-mail address and we’ll send a password. Once you have a password, then you may log in and begin managing your pet’s health online.
